Covered risks

You are insured against risks that may arise:

• During the land, sea, air or combined transport of your goods
• During their loading or unloading

The Cargo Transport Insurance program provides coverage for your transported goods:

• to or from any point on earth or within Greek territory
• by any means of transport, truck, train, ship or plane
• against risks that are agreed on a case-by-case basis and which are based on the standardized, internationally accepted clauses of the Institute of Underwriters of London, the Institute Cargo Clauses A,B or C
• by issuing either a contract per load or for your absolute security, if you are interested in more than one load of goods, by issuing Block Policy or Open Cover type contracts.

Road Freight Insurance programs offer comprehensive insurance coverage for the road transport of goods by truck within the borders of the Greek territory.

• They cover the transport of all types of goods (except those mentioned below), against all risks, for losses or damages that may occur during their transport.

They cover damages or losses that will be caused to used goods or without packaging, mobile phones, furs, flowers, (not dried), plants, works of art, paintings, antiques, sculptures, cigarettes, - tobacco products and alcoholic beverages (except beer and wine), as a result of a collision, impact, overturning, fire or explosion of the means of transport.
